I have been to Courtesy Toyota twice in the past month for servicing. Both times they were prompt to approaching me within my appointment time. Listened to what I had to say and addressed my needs. The work was done promptly and as far as I can tell accurately. The interactions I had with my advisor, the rental team and team responsible for checking me out were all pleasant and welcoming. He checked on me several times along with other waiting customers just to make sure we were all doing ok.
