Facility is always clean. Staff friendly and helpful. My contact person for servicing my vehicle was friendly, and very helpful to me. He seems to really enjoy his job and is very knowledgeable in what he does.

Excellent service by the advisor and the girl behind the service desk. Also expedient. The estimated time by toyota to fix the recalled airbags was 4-5 hours. With an oil change and airbag change less than 2 hours. Also excellent service with the loaner car process, although it was a little bit of a long process

Everytime I go to Brandon toyota I am always super impressed by the amazing service i get! I used to live in clearwater and still continued to drive to Brandon for the amazing service. Clearwater toyota service is no where near as amazing as Brandon toyota honestly.

We brought our Camry in because it had the message that maintenance is required on the dash...we did not have an appt. scheduled. Roberto took excellent care of us and had us out of there in less than one and a half hours. We were very pleased.
