Very friendly staff. Good service. Faster than promised!

I went in to have my brakes re-examined as I recently had both front and rear brake serviced 5/2018 and 9/2018 respectively. Ghandi Abdallah was the service adviser who greeted me and inquired about my issue and explained there was a longer wait due to the number of cars but made sure he would look into my issues and get me out as soon as possible. Ghandi contacted me to let me know what was going on as well as to let me know about some upcoming services and issues they noticed. Unfortunately the issue didn't surface during their examination so I'm going to have to bring it back in. Ghandi was really great in contacting and taking care of me while re-examining the issue.

I was treated fairly and with respect. Issues were explained to me with photos in evidence. The car was washed and waxed so nicely I had to ask Vincent if it was really mine. Great job on all accounts. I’ll be back.

My first review was not favorable and I wanted to return to rate again. Once I took my vehicle back I was provided a rental until my vehicle was completed. Chad was really great through the entire process. I could not have asked for better customer service than what he provided. The problem with my vehicle seems to be corrected and I am pleased. Thank you Chad for your professionalism and warm heart. It speaks to who you are as a person. Again Thank You.
