My Highlander was ready on time and did not exceed estimated expenses. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. When my vehicle was returned, it looked 10x better than when I brought it in. It was washed and maybe I’m wrong, but it even looked like they buffed it a bit to get scratches out! Thank you! We really love this dealership. We have been going here for 4 years/80K miles. They have always done a good job and have earned our trust.

So far I've had nothing but great service at Courtesy. This last visit was going to take longer than anticipated and I was provided with a rental car. This was a huge relief for me. Great service all around.

Excellent service by advisor Vincent Lopez.He was right when he advice my wife that the SUV need an aligment. After the SUV get the aligment the SUV drive straight and smooth on the road. Thanks Vincent Lopez
