Dr. Mc Assey is so easy to talk with! He explains everything clearly and offers non surgical and surgical strategies. His support team of office help, PA'S are excellent.

Dr. McAsey is excellent. He replaced both of my knees and the improvement is wonderful. He is very personable and takes the time to answer questions without rushing the appointment.

My doctor’s visit went well. Dr. McAsy was very helpful and took the time to explain my condition and the next steps. However, his assistant was very rude and treated others poorly. Because of that experience, I decided to move forward with another provider.

Anderson website was misleading. On August 4 website showed Dr. McAsey as available at Arlington office August 5. Tried to make that appointment online but website never sent email with “confirmation code” in a timely manner allowing me to proceed to next page. After two requests for code via email I switched to provide my phone number to receive code via text message. Website showed an old phone number for me which was disconnected years ago. I repeatedly typed my new number into the website but website refused to register new number and continued to want to send verification code to old number. I gave up on website and called your phone number to make appointment. Your employee, Joseph, told me Dr. McAsey’s first available Arlington appointment was Aug 14. I took it. Morning of August 5 I checked website again to see what availability was offered. This time it showed Dr. McAsey being available at Arlington “today.” Once again website insisted on trying to send verification code to non-existent disconnected phone number. Again I called your appointment number. Jodi told me Dr. McAsey was not available at Arlington office August”today” though I’m looking at your website which says he is. Finally I accepted an appointment at what Jodi and your website identify as “Annandale” for yesterday, August 5. (This questionnaire does not list an Annandale facility among your five choices. I checked Fairfax.) We cancelled the August 14 appointment. Your website is both inaccurate in presenting availability info and dysfunctional in not allowing me to update my phone number and in bringing very slow to send email with confirmation code. (Two emails arrived later, after I had finished using your phone staff to make my appointment. One final point. On checking in at the office I was given an electronic tablet with a request to sign three documents. The third concerned whom I would authorize to receive my personal health info. It did not allow me to list any names on the tablet (such as my wife and my son). I told the lady at the desk. She said all she needed was my signature. So apparently no one is authorized to be informed of my info in case of emergency. Dr. McAsey is excellent. Your electronic, computerized support systems are not presenting the expected level of performance.

Dr. McAsey is a great and thorough doctor. He did both of my hip surgeries (2017 and yesterday). I trust his expertise.
