A totally professional operation from start to finish. I am so glad I had the surgery at Mount Vernon and the doctor McAsey was my surgeon. The staff was so caring and professional and also good experience with PT staff.

I gave a 1 because my preferred phone number was incorrect. When I called about my knee concern I left my mobile number and asked that it be called. The incorrect number was called and I never got the message. The following week my PT called during our appointment and got through to a person & made an appointment for me the following day. I complained to Dr McCasey about having to make an appointment with him via my therapist & he tracked down the problem being the incorrect phone number in their records.
