The only reason that I gave a fair response to question 3 was due to the amount of time that I was actually in the room before the doctor saw me. The approximate time was close to 45 min.I thought that I was forgotten. Someone should have come in to tell me that the doctor was still seeing his patient or to apologize for the wait with an explanation.

I evidently had an outstanding bill. I was not aware of it and had to speak with someone from a collection agency, NationWide, before I was admitted. I had not been aware of this before and it was very sad to me to have to settle this in the office.

Original appointment scheduled for 3-6-25 called 3-5-25 ,to verify the time. I was told I had canceled appointment on 3-20-25 now I was a bit ?%@ wondering how I canceled something on that date . However they got me another date and it's all good. Dr. McAsey was great . A portion of fluid has returned wearing compression sleeve as directed and Icing its not as tight . I guess time will tell.

I was glad that they eventually were able to bend to my needs of seeing the doctor before getting X-rays. I had recent X-rays I wanted the doctor to see before I made the decision to continue with the services of this group.

I am very happy with the results of my surgery with Dr. MCcasey. He listened to all of my concerns and offered suggestions. I never felt rushed. Thank you!

I had a partial knee replacement. I was walking with a walker the next day. After my PT a week later I was walking unassisted. In three weeks I went back to work. After a month I was released from PT and at Anderson Ortho, they were pleased with my progress. I feel.that everything I've experienced is thanks to all the professionals at Andersonn Ortho. Thanks so much Blake
