Not helpful at all and a waste of time and money. I called with an ankle injury and they told me to go to the walk in clinic, which I did. I didn’t know that I should have made an ankle doctor appointment while I was on the phone. At the clinic I saw a doctor who was not an ankle doctor so he really couldn’t help me, he referred me to come back. All he did was look at the X-ray for any breaks, didn’t examine my ankles and I had to argue with him to get a walking boot. Horrible experience especially since I was in a lot of pain and struggled to even get there. I would have had much better care from a real hospital er. I spent the rest of the day looking for a new orthopedic practice. It was bad enough that I will most likely not ever be back. It was a night and day difference from previous care I have received there.

Dr. McAsey was excellent in explaining my issue and treatment indicated.

Dr McAsey was very helpful explaining what was going on with the pain I was feeling on my hip.

The Anderson clinic came highly recommended from a family member and several friends. I had a knee replacement done and I could not be more impressed with the entire process from the front desk staff at their offices to the surgery center staff. It was and is top-notch care from the moment I made the appointment to start the process.Dr. McAsey is the absolute best combination of a highly skilled knowledgeable surgeon that has a great bedside manner. I don’t always need my highly skilled surgeons to have a great bedside manner I need them to be very very good at their job but I lucked up 100% with Dr. McAsey having both!You don’t feel like a number at the Anderson clinic they take the time to explain everything and listen to your issues and concerns.I will not think twice about having my other knee replaced next year with them!

I really love the Anderson Clinic. Everyone is very professional. Appointments are taken on time. Dr . McAsey is very thorough and answers all questions to where you can understand.

As for check-in the process was so smooth! The wait time was minimal,!I had my questions ready today g. Dr McCasey answered each one quickly and accurately. I had a dentist who wouldn’t touch me without a doctor’s note and he provided me with one without hesitation. I had questions regarding pain I’m having at 4 months- we talked about it and asked to be kept in the loop if I had more pain. I’m vet so pressed with his care 4 months post surgery.
