The Anderson Clinic staff were so caring. I was 20 minutes late because of traffic and construction. I was positive I would have to reschedule but Dr. McAsey saw me anyway. He was very understanding that this 80 year old lady who is not used to driving in this type of traffic had issues.

Dr. McAsey is excellent and thoroughly explained the problems I am having with my hip, Last year he performed total knee replacement surgery which went well. The X-ray technicians very efficiently handled my X-rays and I highly recommend them.

Excellent patient care and customer service starting with getting my appointment scheduled. The check in process was easy and friendly. Xray techs very understanding with painful areas to manipulate. The clinical assistant was very helpful. Dr. McAsey is amazing! He has a great bedside manner and took time to explain things. Great group!

Anderson need to work on their app that allows clients to update information. It is not always easy to use on any device. Perhaps a disclaimer stating the above and suggesting using a computer to update.

Initial response from doctor felt dismissive and/or suspicious, as if I only wanted prescription meds. What I wanted was surgery to relieve my pain! Surgery went very well so I’m happy now.

Dr, McAsey is a good communicator and helped me feel very comfortable in conversation about my hip issue. Very professional and di dnot seem to be rushed with what we needed to cover. As an after thought, I think a little more emphasis in conversation as to what to expect post operatively, would be be helpful. I think I am in good hands with Dr. McAsey.

Angel at the front desk was a delightful lady with the very best in customer service attitude. A true gem! And the X-RAY ladies were great, too! Last, but most definitely not least, Dr. McAsey, as always, was a joy to deal with!

Dr McAsey did a previous surgery and did an excellent job. His staff is great.
