Dr McAsey is an excellent doctor who very kindly answered my many questions about total knee arthroplasty. I’m an aerospace engineer who appreciates technical details.

Such a positive experience EVERYTIME we visit the clinic! Check in ladies ALL couldn’t be better! Radiology- excellent patient care, explains all procedure etc! Love the fact that there is always a student observing or assisting!!NP and PA always answer all questions!And Dr McAsey very approachable, explains ALL results and excellent bedside care!

The website link that Anderson sends you to update information has rarely worked (for me),I kept the password and login information and it rejected it all and when I tried to get a new password, it locked me out. I never have theAt problem with My Chart and my INOVA doctor or procedure visits. Perhaps it wo7od be good to offer that platform to Anderson patients?

Professional and informative

How pleasant everyone was. Each had their own job to do and they did it well sometimes , though, there was too much information pre operatively. Too many emails, texts ,My Chart, phone calls. My choice is the phone. Although the whole event had a very good outcome, it lacked the personal touch of the human being and became too much like an assembly line. Carol K.
