Your automated reminder system has been addressing me by my last name in correspondence. An unprofessional customer-facing aspect! And I’ve mentioned it to your front desk twice before, once during a visit and another during a phone call. If the patient is going to have an extended wait due to doctor immersion in a prior visit, they should get a heads-up on that fact and maybe an estimate on long the wait will be. Last visit I was there for about 50” before the doctor could see me.
