I appreciated the staff being professional and polite. I liked the feeling my questions and concerns were heard and responded to.

The person with whom I made the appointment told me I needed to bring copies of X-rays with me because Anderson Clinic doesn’t access INOVA my chart records. So I went to a lot of effort to get cds made. When I checked in with nurse, she/Dr already had the X-rays. Very annoying.

Patient expectations should be clearly communicated. There were several occasions where a timely action was expected of me & I was not aware. Other than this, experience was pleasant & effective.

Appointment or visit or the doctor were excrement except using on line was terribly difficult and void not finish filing.

Dr. McAsey took a considerable amount of time to walk me through and get comfortable with what I have to face understanding my rather complex situation and looking forward to the procedure and getting back to walking again

I would rather give my info to a person than do it on an i-pad.
