I’ve been coming to you for years. At 86 years of age, I’ve had a number of problems from sciatica, to needing an epidural, to surgery on my knee, to my right hip replacement, and I am scheduled for a left left hip replacement in August.

New Arlington office is beautiful! Before I could even sit down in the waiting room, I was being called for X-rays! Then, after X-rays I was called back to see the provider less than 5 mins! Very efficient. I felt the provider listened to what I have to say and addressed concerns.

I have been trying to get an appointment for 2 months. I sent multiple requests through the website with no responds back. I also called and left messages with no response. I finally got to leave my number for a call back. The person called me back and set up an appointment for me but when I got to the office they had no record of my appointment.
