Very pleasant yet professional atmosphere. Appreciate the care and respect offered to everyone

Several years ago I was seen at a different location by a different doctor. That experience was very good. The doctor was informative, helpful, and treated me like an intelligent human being. By contrast, Dr McAsey was condescending and rude. He made repeated comments about his disagreement with the painkiller recommended by a different specialist. When asked about something I want to do in the future, he had the opportunity to speak to me with understanding and compassion. Instead his comment was mean spirited. I appreciated being able to get in quickly for my appointment. I did not appreciate how the doctor treated me.

Follow-up visit was helpful letting me know I was doing the right things to heal. , Following the instructions in the app, and Care Team instructions and discharge instructions.

I visited the National Harbor location today. Fully satisfied with the team. I have full confidence in Dr. McAsey, he is a skilled professional.

Anderson clinic did a hip replacement (right side) 12 years ago and it is going strong. When the left side went bad I thought immediately of you.

I really appreciate how thorough Dr. McAsey was during our visit. I felt he really listened to my concerns and came up with a conservative but appropriate course of action.

The time to get a person to answer the phone to schedule an appt is excessive (although the customer service reps are very nice and helpful, once you do get thru to them). Either hire more customer service reps or enhance your online scheduling system (difficult to explain to a bot if you have a different type of concern that you’d like to schedule for). All in all, Anderson’s quality of care and concern with your wellbeing is excellent.

Dr. Craig Mcasey examined my knee, read the MRI, and explained what was wrong, possible remedies, and took plenty of time with me. I was satisfied with his diagnosis and prognosis.
