I liked Dr. McAsey’s and his associate’s professional yet friendly manner. I felt that they really listened to my questions and concerns and offered sources to answer other questions that might come up. I also appreciated the written information; they didn’t just tell me a lot of information that I was expected to remember on my own or take notes on at the time.

I am so pleased. Dr. McAsey is a nice individual. He explained everything about my situation and the procedure to replace my knee. In preparation for the surgery and in my follow-up time and appointment, he responded to my questions and explained my next steps. I am so satisfied with how my right knee replacement surgery went. I cannot wait until my next appointment where we will schedule replacement surgery to my left knee.

I was 45 minutes early and they took me in ahead of schedule. I live and hour and a half away and hadn’t been to this office before. I wanted to make sure I didn’t miss my appt. Everyone was so friendly.
