I recently toured Crest at Skyland, and I cannot recommend this property and its leasing team highly enough. After hearing some older reviews, I was initially hesitant, but a current resident assured me that the community has undergone a fantastic transformation—and I am so glad I went to see it for myself.I arrived without an appointment, but Leasing Team Agent Raul Ratcliffe could not have been more accommodating. He warmly welcomed me and took the time out of his busy schedule to give me a comprehensive, detailed tour of the property. Raul is incredibly knowledgeable and thoroughly answered every single question I had about the community and the residency process.What truly sets Raul apart is his genuine compassion. I have been navigating some personal challenges that made leasing feel overwhelming. Raul took the time to speak with me on a personal level, offering words of encouragement that made me feel like I was talking to an old friend. His kindness and professionalism made a massive impression on me.Furthermore, you can clearly see the positive culture at Crest at Skyland. Several residents passed by during our tour, and it was obvious that Raul has built wonderful, cordial relationships with them. Raul also went above and beyond by suggesting other sister properties that might better fit my work commute, showing that he truly cares about finding the right home for the prospective resident, rather than just making a deal.Corporate and Crest at Skyland management should be incredibly proud to have Raul Ratcliffe and the leasing team representing them. Their outstanding service are a true asset to this community!

The tour guide provided by Raul Ratcliff was very informative and helpful. He answered all my questions and concerns, even offered some guidance to prepare me for my move and application process. I hope to move into this property soon.
