Hot water issues reported 10/31/2025 it is now 12/02/2025 and I still DO NOT have hot water in my bathrooms in order to shower or bathe my young children. Yes, I have reported a hot water issue as urgent since October 31, 2025 and we are now into December and I still do not have the issue resolved. I am having to shower in cold water, and in order to bathe my young children in the tub, I have to boil water in pots to bring the bath water up in temperature to a point that is safe and acceptable for bathing children. Especially when the temperatures have now begun to drop below freezing outside.

Plumbing issues, leak and drainage issues, dishwasher not working, home still have boards up, can’t use the garage door There were multiple issues with the property that I found when I moved in. I texted my leasing agent my concerned and was informed that they would send me a welcome package. I list all of my concerns with the property and some of them still have not been addressed. There was an issue with the tub draining slowly and I was accused of causing the issue. I was offended by this as it was one of my listed complaints. I have had to take off work 4 times to meet the multiple repairmen and contractors, and there are items that need to be fixed. The home itself is nice and clean.

The process was easygoing. I applied for a house and two days later. I got a email saying approved. when you’re looking to move in. I had a couple concerns about the house. I told my realtor and all my concerns were complete before I moved into the house. I love my home!

Yes the company buys anything any property without even coming to actually view the property I am guessing so they can charge you for things that weren’t even your fault or in that condition when you moved in which leads to my next comment they charge you ridiculous prices for things that have nothing to do with you in general even though they know your reviving government assistance the main range people are shabby aren’t clean or professional and they half fix things that supposed to be fixed it’s a mess

My experience with Crestcore has been wonderful. I’m coming up on my year in my home and I love it. Mary that works collections has been my blessing. If you fall on hard times communication is key, they will work with you but not if you not doing your part. Maintenance request are acknowledged the day of. I have not went more than a couple days without my request for maintenance. I love them!

Crestcore is a serious, professional, and reliable company. Since I started with CrestCore, I feel that my property is being taken care of. Jim and Caitlin are great persons and always showed themselves available to help.
