House was not ready until 5 days after we signed the leaseThe lack of communication. Too many people involved withno knowledge of whats going on. No response from certain members of the team. Hard to get intouch with anyone.

I've had issue after issue with slow response..I have a cabinet door off the hinges for a whole month and after the month expire the work order was cancelledWork orders I've submitted are not taken serious enough to repair

I have called numbers make complaints. I have put in several tickets and I don’t understand what’s taking so long to get these things that need attention seen and completed. They always send people out to take pictures and to act as if they’re fixing the issue but then it’s still not fixed at this point if I can get these things fix that should’ve been fixed last year. How do I begin a transfer?It’s been almost a year my daughter and I have lived in this residence and things still has not been addressed or fixed. We have a lot of safety issue concerns…. My kitchen door and said doors lock sometimes and sometimes they don’t and if they lock it’s a possibility will be locked in or out so we just have to leave all my doors unlocked. I don’t have a backyard light, we have mold and water issues. My youngest daughter bedroom door has been off hinges for the last two months and we’re still waiting on someone to repair. I have a window that will not lock. These are all definitely a safety issue for me and my daughters. These issues were supposed to address after I did my walk-through, but it continue to be stressed out with no concerns to get fixed.

I have made TWO maintenance requests about this issue but it keeps being cancelled. I’m trying to figure out how is CRACKS AND NOT PROPERLY SEALED entry ways for bugs and roaches not an issueMajor Roach problem behind kitchen cabinets but NOBODY wants to rectify the issue. I hate I resigned the lease here

City Lights came out to my home to repair some things. He did a fantastic job. He made sure it was done right. He was amazing, he did a terrific job. He service time was low meaning it didn't take him long to complete.
