I have called numbers make complaints. I have put in several tickets and I don’t understand what’s taking so long to get these things that need attention seen and completed. They always send people out to take pictures and to act as if they’re fixing the issue but then it’s still not fixed at this point if I can get these things fix that should’ve been fixed last year. How do I begin a transfer? It’s been almost a year my daughter and I have lived in this residence and things still has not been addressed or fixed. We have a lot of safety issue concerns…. My kitchen door and said doors lock sometimes and sometimes they don’t and if they lock it’s a possibility will be locked in or out so we just have to leave all my doors unlocked. I don’t have a backyard light, we have mold and water issues. My youngest daughter bedroom door has been off hinges for the last two months and we’re still waiting on someone to repair. I have a window that will not lock. These are all definitely a safety issue for me and my daughters. These issues were supposed to address after I did my walk-through, but it continue to be stressed out with no concerns to get fixed.

I have made TWO maintenance requests about this issue but it keeps being cancelled. I’m trying to figure out how is CRACKS AND NOT PROPERLY SEALED entry ways for bugs and roaches not an issue Major Roach problem behind kitchen cabinets but NOBODY wants to rectify the issue. I hate I resigned the lease here

City Lights came out to my home to repair some things. He did a fantastic job. He made sure it was done right. He was amazing, he did a terrific job. He service time was low meaning it didn't take him long to complete.

I have alot of minor issues that needs attention and had a contractor out to assist and the OWNERS didn't approve or something. It's always something with owners and my children and I patch things up because Crestcore won't fix anything. They are horrible seriously. It's not fair at all Crestcore is terrible, I've been in my home for 10 years. It's always the owners they put it on when they don't want to fix anything. It's hard to speak with anyone to get anything done. Once I leave, ill never rent from them again. It makes no sense how my children and I try to fix issues on our own. Horrible place to do business with!!! The last visit I had from contractors stated he would help me get everything fixed because he walked through and saw alot of minor issues that if is not tensed too it turns into a big issue. Im over them.

Quote approvals were ignored until all parts warehouses were closed for a holiday weekend. This extended what could have been less than a 36 hour turnaround into 5 days without heat in sub freezing temperatures overnight. Only after my sixth or seventh call to maintenance and at my request did a backup plan of at least providing a space heater surface. To be frank, the lack of interest in helping human beings having to sleep in a home without heat was, and is very insulting. I have explained numerous times over the past days. You are free to contact me via phone or reference any of my messages that were not responded to for detailed explanation. Numerous requests for contact from a member of CrestCore management have gone ignored.

I have been a client/tenant with crestcore for 23yrs, as with life, I have had my ups and downs, crestcore has been especially helpful to me during these times. I’ve been renting this house for about three years and have had a great experience. The home is very roomy and located in a quiet area, which makes it a comfortable and peaceful place to live. I haven’t had any issues during my time here and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a reliable rental.
