I have alot of minor issues that needs attention and had a contractor out to assist and the OWNERS didn't approve or something. It's always something with owners and my children and I patch things up because Crestcore won't fix anything. They are horrible seriously. It's not fair at allCrestcore is terrible, I've been in my home for 10 years. It's always the owners they put it on when they don't want to fix anything. It's hard to speak with anyone to get anything done. Once I leave, ill never rent from them again. It makes no sense how my children and I try to fix issues on our own. Horrible place to do business with!!! The last visit I had from contractors stated he would help me get everything fixed because he walked through and saw alot of minor issues that if is not tensed too it turns into a big issue. Im over them.

Quote approvals were ignored until all parts warehouses were closed for a holiday weekend. This extended what could have been less than a 36 hour turnaround into 5 days without heat in sub freezing temperatures overnight. Only after my sixth or seventh call to maintenance and at my request did a backup plan of at least providing a space heater surface. To be frank, the lack of interest in helping human beings having to sleep in a home without heat was, and is very insulting.I have explained numerous times over the past days. You are free to contact me via phone or reference any of my messages that were not responded to for detailed explanation. Numerous requests for contact from a member of CrestCore management have gone ignored.

I’ve been renting this house for about three years and have had a great experience. The home is very roomy and located in a quiet area, which makes it a comfortable and peaceful place to live. I haven’t had any issues during my time here and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a reliable rental.

Workers always show up but the work never gets done I still have everything in here that needs fixing the only thing that got fixed was the screw on the bathroom door. The baseboard is still open months later the hot water tank still doesn't get hot as it can the bottom element needs replacing and they know that they couldn't get it off and I have a baseboard that is up that was glued this isn't okay I have a cold draft coming through that hole that has been here since they fixed the water leak now my light bill is $530 that is an extra $330 can you please wave my rent $330 because nothing is getting done this is months later and Weeks later of consistently asking! Its not okMy energy bill is up 330! I have asked for new doors and for this hole in the baseboard to be fixed. The doors were denied replacement! But the baseboard is cold! The workers come to look and nothing else! Now my energy bill is 530! 330 more! Its not ok
