Crest Core has done a great job navigating challenging issues with my properties. I recently purchased several properties in low income areas with existing tenants and one duplex that had a vacancy on one side. Crest Core managed the remodel of the vacant unit and got a tenant into the unit very quickly. Some of the existing tenants have had issues getting their rental payments in on time and Crest Core has been excellent about staying on top of that and recommending further actions when needed.

I put in a maintenance request for my yard needing to be cut. Nobody has contacted me. Im also waiting to see why I'm being charged for insurance I already have
