My experience these last few months have been great. The home itself is perfect! CrestCore has been wonderful with addressing my needs, questions or complaints. Maintenance has been quick and efficient. The only con: not knowing the neighbors you will be sharing your space with. Although the first set of neighbors (here before me) were NOT the best, it took a while before issues were addressed with the "mess" they left. They (and the cleanup crew) left plenty of debris on the curb which wasn't discarded for weeks which made the area look awful. I as a single woman, cleaned up and made the yard look look presentable before informing of another complaint of the cleanup crew leaving (attempting to leave) more mess. Now that there are new tenants (who have also started out on the wrong foot) but I will allow some time for them to correct things. Not that I love to complain, but it's bad enough when you try to find a spot that's decent, with great/quiet neighbors, and in a nice area; keeping the common area looking nice and presentable shouldn't be much too ask. A cluttered porch and u-haul truck that's been sitting out front for two days now (blocking the mailboxes) is not the way to welcome yourself in. Get it together people! This is NOT a negative impact on the management company, because they allow you the opportunity to rent their properties in hopes that you will treat it as if you own it! As the renters you should want to show that you can take care of your dwelling properly. Adding to the most recent feedback: I think the same effort that’s used for someone to come out and make sure the property is ready for a new tenant to move in should have the same effort to make sure the property is presentable at all times!! These last few days of new neighbors moving in has consisted of the tenants parking across the front yard in a uhaul truck (for several days) not moving anything in or out. The porch left with junk that they have left and not discarded of! And last but not least a stove and couch sitting in the front yard as well!! An eye sore no one wants to see when they pull up! Even if I wanted to sit on my front porch, I can’t with all the junk which is cover most of the porch! I nor my company and neighbors shouldn’t have to see this mess EVERYDAY! If this is how I have to live until my lease is up, I will definitely be looking into a SINGLE HOME (maybe with CrestCore). Although management can’t help how people live, rules should be enforced to abide by when it comes to living spaces. Of course with any complaint, I have reached out but no response even if it’s to say “bare with them a couple days!” I keep my yard cut and garbage properly stored and my neighbors should respect that and do the same.

Angel is my leasing agent! She is a God send! She has dealt with my moodiness after a build up of 6 months frustration. 2 weeks ago the new property owner switched over to Crestcore. I have had a broken door, clogged toilets, no air ETC. Angel has been on top of getting EVERYTHING fixed in super fast time. Everyday there are repair men at my door. I have been wanting to move so bad, she assured me that this residence will FINALLY become a home for my family and I versus the covered dwelling it has been!! I give Crestcore 5 Stars most definitely.

very good response time and support on the routine needs will be great to have more support on 3rd party interactions like: insurance, county tax, etc.
