Communication is always good,so far the maintenance that fix the heater and the roof where very professionals, can't say the same for the one that came to fix the entrance structure,they destroy my solar light and left garbage on site,also tire marks all over front yard,besides that the company has provided what is needed for this tenant.

I love working with Carlson! He's attentive, personable, and does a great job coordinating everything for our properties.

So far its been night and day when comparing it to other PMs. Loved the onboarding and placing a face to the names. Knowing who to contact and the response times are great. I was used to waiting days for a response and not is at most 2 days. I also love the attention to detail when it comes to turn overs. Thank you!
