Experience with Chris core has been great thus far, anytime I request a maintenance call I generally get help with it within a reasonable time period. The only down I would have is as renters we are not able to modify the wall color or wallpaper while we are renting, so if it doesn't go with your furniture or you just don't like the feel it gives to the space you gotta stick it out :/
