The overall service provided was great.. my only complaint is that I had to report several maintenance request on the same issue before action was taken... I feel that the maintenance issue should have been completed sooner but I am overall satisfied!

Sometimes it is very difficult to put in a request for service repairs and it takes a while to get them completed. Also I have tried to get in the tenant portal and have not been able to get in. I do understand why to a certain extent.

I Love The Way They Answer The Phone Everytime I Call The People Are Very Nice I Hate The Tenant Portal It Runs Slow And Sometimes I Cant Access To It.. Maintenance Is Kind Of Slow I Wish Problems Would Get Solved In A Quicker Matter
