I have been very patient and very understanding through this whole entire process, but what I do not appreciate is people coming in half ass and and then not cleaning up behind myselfI moved here six months ago and since we moved here, it’s been so inconvenience getting simple maintenance issues that should have been done prior to move-in date. Maintenance has to come out here three or four times to complete something that should’ve been done the first time. They come out today to fix the issue that they have been working on the last five months and then they do not clean up behind a self. I’m very agitated and over it. 😡

The locksmith was very kind and prompt but it's other issues that Crest core refuse to address like the smell that comes through the vent ,my ac that I had to spend the hot summer without proper air and a few other things I I completely just gave up on requesting, e have cancer and something's I require but I get an email every day about monies owe, good company , poor customer service

You ask around what day was this. This is since I moved in. I have not had the adequate amount of hot water ever. And getting zero resolution. Just tired of requesting and what seems to be complaining. Only thing I can do is deal with it and pay MOTEL fees for a proper showerUPDATE: had an appt today. Nobody showed up. I was threatened to be charged a trip fee if i wasnt here though. Hot water still remains at a 3-4 minute bath. Who is clean in that time?!? The amount of water needed to wash dishes is cold. Boiling water for everyday duties remains a duty. At $650 (taxes and fees) a person should have adequate HOT water.
