No one came

Never do their work correctly don’t take accountability when they make mistakes andThey are terrible are maintaining and repairing houses but expect rent on time

My experience with Crestcore has been wonderful. I’m coming up on my year in my home and I love it. Mary that works collections has been my blessing. If you fall on hard times communication is key, they will work with you but not if you not doing your part. Maintenance request are acknowledged the day of. I have not went more than a couple days without my request for maintenance. I love them!

I have been very patient and very understanding through this whole entire process, but what I do not appreciate is people coming in half ass and and then not cleaning up behind myselfI moved here six months ago and since we moved here, it’s been so inconvenience getting simple maintenance issues that should have been done prior to move-in date. Maintenance has to come out here three or four times to complete something that should’ve been done the first time. They come out today to fix the issue that they have been working on the last five months and then they do not clean up behind a self. I’m very agitated and over it. 😡

Crestcore is a serious, professional, and reliable company. Since I started with CrestCore, I feel that my property is being taken care of.Jim and Caitlin are great persons and always showed themselves available to help.

I have been renting through them since 2015. I really appreciate the patience shown from them. They do their best to move quickly with repairs. Mary is awesome!!

The locksmith was very kind and prompt but it's other issues that Crest core refuse to address like the smell that comes through the vent ,my ac that I had to spend the hot summer without proper air and a few other things I I completely just gave up on requesting, e have cancer and something's I require but I get an email every day about monies owe, good company , poor customer service

Respond timely to maintenance request and questions on portal. Good experience with nice staff and repair personnel.
