Crestcore is a great company to rent from. I have Ben renting from them for a few years. This is the second home I have rented from them. They are good with making repairs which is a huge plus in my eyes.

Live in a duplex that is older and needs a lot of repairs ON BOTH SIDES. We have problems with mold we have problems with rats. Holes in the attic. Holes everywhere really. Back door lets heat/cold air in. To be honest for what is paid in rent and all the extra fees the duplex needs to be remodeled or something. At least stop hiring people that don’t do a good job at repairing stuff and actually hire people that know what they are doing.. something needs to be done. We enjoy living here however it DEFINITELY NEEDS WORK.

When renters have been renting in the same house over three years or more.There should be an option to receive carpet cleaning services or anything that needs to be updated
