It was very easy to rent a home from Crestcore. Even though we were in the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic, Crestcore made it easy and fast for us to move. I would definitely recommend Crestcore to my friends and family

The only problem I have had is getting on the Website to pay rent or do repair request.

I think the company should Response faster when it something going on the house that need fixing. I still have not got the leak fix under the kitchen sick yet. It’s going on four week

Service has improved! I haven't had any problems with the maintenance department responding to maintenance repairs. So far, I've enjoyed living in the house. However, I've noticed that there were repairs needed that were not properly repaired after I moved in. One being the vent on the floor board (wall) didnt have any screws in it and my 10 month old child (age at the time) pulled the unscrewed vent from the wall and attempted to crawl inside the big hole. Thankfully, I saw him cause he could've crawled inside and got hurt or lost which is how I discovered the vent didn't have any screws in it. That's one of the few repairs needed that was looked over but things like that is a big deal to people with small children. Another thing, is the incorrect billing charges. I think the billing department should be sure that the charges are correct before emailing/mailing tenants incorrect charges. I've received numerous of incorrect charges, even after the representative apologize and ask me to look over it. Other than that, my stay has been pretty good.
