My only problem is with a tenant who lives on the property that thinks she's Living in a home, On private property, I have reported this on several occasion. 2 meny items sitting on the outside.blocking the walkway...look junky nothing has been done about it.

The service has been good so far, but the communication is lacking. For example, it’s great that my A/C was fixed yesterday, but I would have appreciated a heads up that a repairman was coming. Also, CityLight says they’re coming to do electrical work on the 9th or 10th. I didn’t request that work, and didn’t get any notice about it from Crestcore. I don’t know if they’re even legitimate.

My leasing agent Lauren was excellent in getting me moved in while in the middle of the world wide pandemic the process was smooth and I love my new home!

I love my new home!!! The fees to pay rent online is just a little costly but other than that it’s awesome!!
