I am highly satisfied with the quality of the work done by the technicians who are sent to my home. The time it takes for them to be sent out to my home to assess the repair and then to come back to actually do the repair can be rather lengthy at times after I create a work order. Sometimes it gets closed and I have to create a new one.

My experience with Crest core started off great! A company to manage my investments and I could focus on my everyday. 3 month's in and I felt like there was a complete turn around, no one was answering my emails, phone calls, my tenants were late on rent and I was not making a profit! I started looking for other management companies to manage my properties. Recently through a college of mine I heard that Crest core had started to revamp their management company with a pyramid like structure. About a month ago I was finally getting responses and I received a message from a gal names Chistie who left a voice mail stating she was just calling to introduce herself as my new District Portfolio Manager leaving her contact info and her staff's contact info. I have had 4 management companies in the past and not one of them ever called just to check in or introduce themselves. That alone is a win win for me. Now I communicate with Christie and she gets me the answers and results I need in a timely manner. Good Job Crest core! Thank you Christie for really caring about what you do each and every day it makes a world of difference.
