I love that yall were willing to get in touch with the owner of my home to negotiate my price. I do not however like I never talk to a person and everything goes through phones or online.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because no one has came and fixed my wall sockets in the bedroom area yet. Other than that; everthing has been great and a wonderful living experience.

I love renting from Dan Butler!!! We have been in our house for 10 years and we have always been pleased with our home and the speed and quality of service they put into our property and until recently we haven't had any problems getting things done on our house. I have put in several work orders and I never hear from anyone, I try to call about these work orders and someone tells me they will find out and let me know and I never hear back from them. The next thing I know they're closing the work order and none of the work got done. It's rather frustrating because I work full time and so does my husband and we try to coordinate when my mom can be here to have people come and do the work.
