Crestcore has been good to me. I'm not what you would call a perfect Tennant. They've held no judgment against me. I truly believe they do the best they can. My furnace went out in the winter. Peplaced it within 2 days. A homeowner cant get it done that quick. My opinion is when it comes to renting choose Crestcore.
