The young man Carlos who came and did the carpentry work at the home was awesome. A great point of reference for your company. Saw a needed priority and took care of it. He needs to be commended for a job well done. We only want him for future jobs. He is a true asset for your company. He cares about the clients as well as the company. A blessing. Again after 6 months of waiting for things to be taken care of. Carlos came in and prioritized work and got it done. What you as a company did not deem important truly hurts me. A door that was nailed shut for six months, a sure safety hazard and the company did not care about our safety, but your employee did. Again he needs to be commended and it's not always about money but the timely manner in which maintenance is dine and the quality of the work completed. As a tenant, we should not have to accept substandard work because you're more concerned about the bottom line. Still have a leak in the kitchen. The roofers came out did not say anything and left. No follow up as always. When will that be taken care of. Be blessed.

After a few weeks of trying to get people in to fix the issues, everything was done in a clean and timely manner. My only suggestion is to work on the transfer of timing and dates between the maintenance tracker (input) to the vendor. After everyone is on the same page, everything goes well.

Annie is the best leasing agent I have ever dealt with! She has been extremely responsive and helpful every step of the way! She knew I had a weird schedule was still willing to talk me through things well after hours. She is truly dedicated to helping her tenants enjoy their moving process! Would highly recommend!

HORRIBLE! I tried to leave a low rating but it continually tells you there are not enough characters and won’t let you submit. No wonder all the feedback is positive since they have the feedback form rigged. Since my rent house has been managed by crestcore I can never get any good or quick response when I need help. I’m disabled, Senior and suffer from seizures. My kitchen and bath sinks, tub and toilet have all been backing up with water for days and all I can do is leave a message for maintenance and no one ever calls back. I can’t live like this, it’s unacceptable. Last time I had a water leak for months losing over 500 in water bills that I could not afford on my fixed income. A friend finally walked into the offfice in person and demanded help. Only then did they finally start to take action but it still took 2 more months to fix. I have other rental house issues that MLGW says need fixed, that I’ve called on and left messages weeks ago and still no one will call back. No matter what time you call during business hours you never reach a person to put in a work order for help. You only get the message system and they NEVER call you back.
