I requested maintenance service for my apartment on Friday 11/16/18, and my phone rang approximately 20 mins. later. It was the service technician confirming my service request. He stated that he was in the area and that he would be at my apartment in about five minutes. And he was. He knocked on the front door and identified himself and entered and immediately went to work assessing his duties and performing said maintenance. I found that he was professional and proficient and knowledgeable of tasks in which he was undertaking. He seemed to have a list of things to do concerning the maintenance and service, and he seemed to follow that list in a timely manner. I appreciate the efficient professional manner the technician conducted himself. And also appreciate expedient attention placed on this matter. Thank You Crestcore.

While searching for a new home, I discovered the crestcore site and checked it out. What I found was interesting and informative. I found a wide variety of communities and homes to choose from. I then started my search, and shortly after found the home in which I now reside. My experience was fast, easy and efficient, The staff was professional, helpful, and courteous. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to move back to an apartment. The overall process was smooth, but there were a few bumps along the way. I encountered quite a few maintenance issues in the beginning, but they were eventually handled in the end. I really like my apartment and the location. Its quiet and my neighbors are very friendly.
