I have not had any bad experiences with crestcore so and I am not looking to have any I have received nothing but kind helpful and very attentive interactions with crestcore keep up the great work

Renting from crestcorre is going real well so far. No complaints.

Crestcore provides us with professional management service for our rental properties. Very responsive and helpful, we appreciate their support and communication especially as we are out of town. We trust their services and are happy to put more of our rental properties in their hands.

My initial move in was not good but they managed to fix it and made it right.

Great job with evicting bad tenants, renovating properties in a timely manner, and getting them back on the market for new leases.

I feel that is sad that every time you renew you lease they charge you a fee to resign a new lease, they are now charging tenants a fee for maintenance every month, which blows me. This should be included in rent. Every year my rent goes up, instead of it staying the same since I’m in the same house. I don’t recommend renting from this company. Soon as I can I will be moving. They only care about money. Today Symon, in Leasing help clear my understanding about there new $20 fee which I though was for maintenance but more benefits than that which allow easier access to emergency situations. Also he was very kind and took the time to listen to my frustration. But overall, Crestcore is a good choice to rent your next home from.
