Great about taking care of the properties-once you get through the irritating phone system..which is ridiculous!! I hate knowing that no matter how we found the house and how we leave the house - we will loose our deposit because of a sloppy plumber ruining 2 walls in one bathroom with his filthy boots. And other plumbers doing mismatched tiling in the main bath--made the bath look horrible!! No one seem to care when I complained. So we will repaint the bathroom and see how we get screwed out of our deposit!!

I have had several service requests and all have been corrected within a day or two. So far, all contractors have been professional above and beyond their job.

I'm always please with the maintenance dept. Anytime I need something fix they always complete my order.

I was too excited. I put this order in on yesterday afternoon. I got an email saying the order was assigned to a maintenance person. He called me this morning and completed the job this afternoon. This is the fasted I ever had a work order completed. Thanks.
