Crest Core has been excellent. They placed a tenant in my Memphis property a short period of time and continued keeping me informed on the progress. Maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and I made aware of issues through their web portal which is accessible 24 x 7. They are also easily contactable by email and respond to owner issues within 24 hours. Excellent service.

My Brother and I appreciated the fast prompt service that we received from Crest Core's maintenance crews. The maintenance's office staff was also very courteous. They all responded by sending someone either the same day or the next day to correct the maintenance problems we reported. It is the kind of Service that we hoped for&expect to keep receiving from our Landlord.

So far so good. We just recently moved into our crestcore rental property and every single minor detail we have had to contact maintenance about has been handled promptly and I love it. The last place we rented went two weeks without fixing our air conditioning in the middle of july! Crestcore however has always been very helpful no matter what the problem may be. And Cathy was awesome helping us find the perfect home for our needs. I look forward to a long time rental history with crestcore!

I am not a needy client but there has been one time that I required maintenance on a weekend but no response until the next week. However, the office staff is always courteous and helpful.
