Jesse and his coworker which his name I do not know was excellent they came out they did the work and they were very professional professional they fixed the toilet they fixed the cracks which I think some of the cracks could have been covered worked but they did what they have to do they didn't fix the fence on the right side they didn't put up the extra lamps it was five and all that need to be installed they just put up one they didn't fix the rotten wood in the kitchen beside the cabinets but other than that they fix everything.

CrestCore will work with you even with not so good rental history. You will have to pay a higher deposit but it's worth it if you are looking to build and repair your rental history.

Live in a duplex that is older and needs a lot of repairs ON BOTH SIDES. We have problems with mold we have problems with rats. Holes in the attic. Holes everywhere really. Back door lets heat/cold air in. To be honest for what is paid in rent and all the extra fees the duplex needs to be remodeled or something. At least stop hiring people that don’t do a good job at repairing stuff and actually hire people that know what they are doing.. something needs to be done. We enjoy living here however it DEFINITELY NEEDS WORK.
