Maintenance technicians completed the work order the same day. Both technicians knew exactly what they were doing. Very nice and personable. They left my apartment clean. They did a walkthrough to check that everything on the work order was completed. Very impressed.

I had trouble accessing the Resident Portal because my email address was initially entered incorrectly and after contacting the office to correct it, the site told me I needed to verify my email address (the email was sent to the incorrect email address) and upon clicking the “Re-send verification email” button and entering the correct address, it said there was no account on file with that email address—presumably because it hadn’t been verified which put me in a loop. I was able to sign into the Rent Cafe app instead and that had everything I needed. The resident portal just seems to have some back-end bugs that need fixing.
