Better washer n dryer and the app needs more fixing for instance connecting the app to the washer it gives out error

I have constant problems every time in the laundry near lease office is offline and if lose money don’t receive it (last a few times not at all)

I would like the machines to stop stealing my money and I would like the machines to actually work. It’s very inconvenient when I can’t even get my work clothes clean and on top of that the machines have taken my money then proceeds to not start or give me any prompt or clue on why it isn’t working. Just robbed by a washing machine in broad daylight and I have to leave with dirty clothes

Something needs to be done. I need to wash clothes without constant breakdowns. It’s every time

Occasionally, the dryers will heat the laundry at way higher temperatures than normal, even on low setting. When it happens, the laundry comes out so hot, it’s impossible to touch for more than 2 seconds, and it has a very strong smell. Most of the time, this doesn’t happen, but it may every 1 out of 4 times.

We need a new system asap the company is taking money and then system goes down this has happened to me in more than 2 occasions.

Bring back coin machine.
