I had originally had my next 6 mos appointment scheduled. I received a call from the office telling me my next 6 month appointment would be canceled. They told me not to worry I would have no problem to schedule my 6 month appointment when I come in. Well, I was unable to schedule my 6 month appointment. I was given a 8 month appointment ! I was told to call in for cancellations. I should be able to get a 6 month appointment without worrying about calling back for cancellations.

I'm an established patient that can't get my teeth cleaned every six months because appointments are 8 months out. I pay for my insurance that pays for me to get my teeth cleaned 3 times a year and you can't clean them twice a year. I love the convenience of the Daleville location and everyone is so nice but I'm looking for a new place to go to that can meet my needs.

The last couple years I’ve noticed a trend where appts are beyond the 6 month follow up and can result in misaligning the year. Unfortunately, it’s beginning the feel a bit impersonal with not knowing who your hygienist will be. That said, they usually are friendly.

Your office came highly recommended by multiple friends.We made appts for earlier this year but had to shift them due to travel.Unf, the office cancelled but did not log the new dates. So I came in… but was turned away and rescheduled. Came in again, and just wanted a cleaning; but was told X-rays were “required by law”… so left untreated.(New patient, cash payer.)On the positive side, solid recommendations, beautiful building, friendly people, Christian books in lobby.I’m generally suspicious of “corporate” medical services, so multiple big fancy buildings don’t impress, rather they make me more skeptical. —. Remember, none of us can read our own X-rays, so we must simply trust the dentist. Sadly, we have had untrustworthy practitioners in the past, so we’re a little gun shy.Ultimately, I see it all as just SOP for the medical business world, and I’ll be back to try again when timing and insurance are better.All of this with the best intentions, and no scorn intended.Have a blessed day.
