I absolutely loved the front desk staff and Dr. Patel, but everything else went awry! They couldnt get the scan of my mouth and completely decimated and tore up my gums on the other side of my mouth, could not get the cement on the crown- and it fell off within the next morning. This was good, because the temporary crown was put on backwards and was hurting a great deal. I’m honestly a little scared for my second appointment but hoping it was just a bad day for the office.

Dr. Patel and her assistant were extremely understanding of my dental phobia and as kind and encouraging as they could be. Sometimes having a phobia is embarrassing and they never made me feel embarrassed and did everything to make me feel at ease. Based on my first visit, I will return.

They got me in the very next day for a dental emergency. I was taken care of so quickly and easily. They work with patients with no insurance and honestly the costs are so reasonable!

My sister has dementia and I took her to this practice where I have been a patient for over 15 years, for an assessment. The staff were so caring and patient, and spent time figuring what would work for examing my sister.

Had to wait for over a month for my first one then another month for the next one

Trying to make my next appointment 6 months out and I can’t get in until 8 months. Super frustrating to not be able to schedule out at the 6 month timeline since that’s what my insurance pays.

You are booked until November for cleaning. I am not opposed to waiting that long since I need a deep cleaning that will take two visits.

There needs to be improvement on getting patients in for routine cleanings closer to every 6 months than currently is, even if that means putting a hold on accepting new/unrelated patients. When scheduling the next cleaning for my son at his appointment last week, the soonest appointment was 8 months and 3 weeks after his appointment on April 16 (we were not picky about dates/times and didn't need multiple family appointments together). ADA recommendation is at least 2x/year!
