You are definitely going to meet my new general dentist group! I was very impressed by everyone, and truly appreciate you squeezing me in yesterday, since I had cracked a tooth the day before, and it was kind of urgent.

Did not schedule another appointment. The type of cleaning treatment I would like is not offered. During my visit the dentist asked the assistant to go with her to speak in an office leaving me in the middle of an exam and blood in my mouth. Didn’t have a good experience and going to travel back to Danville Dentist twice a year instead of coming back.

Regular dental cleaning appointments now require 8-9 months instead of 6.

Excellent staff, Dr. Cross is the epitome of Professionalism, with state of the art, newly renovated offices. He has taken care of me & other family members for years, and we all love him.

I was having EXTREME pain and walked in requesting to be seen. The office is inviting, clean and calm. The front staff very caring and professional and got me in that morning. I work across the parking lot and everything in place nicely with timing. Paperwork was given to me at my request to fill out an bring at my appointment. Upon return, I was greeted with professionalism and kindness. The technician that took me back was so sweet and calm with me. She really put me at ease, because let's admit it, dentists can be a little scary. I cannot remember her name for the life of me, but I was very pleased and felt comfortable. Dr. Sika was friendly and told me exactly what was going on and I felt I wasn't a problem by being there. I would definitely recommend your office to any of my friends, family or patients looking for a dental practice!
