I arrived 10 minutes early and was called back 15 minutes after appointment.I prefer not to have the ultrasonic cleaning and I would have thought this would be in my chart so which ever hygienist has me can see that.I am always open to the doctors advice, however when I confirm I understand their recommendation and decline further action it would be helpful move on.It would have been helpful to be told I was scheduled when Dr. Cross was not scheduled. I will be more cautious.

Even during this Jan - Feb 2026 snow storms...Dr. Coots was still available. Bravo to Dr. Coots and the whole staff.My cap broke off...and I got in pretty fast to see Dr.Coots. Everyone is very happy and kind. I feel like I'm family. Dr.Coots takes time to educate me on my "senior teeth". Never in a rush. Very gentle and kind. I just love the care and attention from everyone!Thank you all so much.

My original appointment was for 3rd week in September and when I asked to reschedule the next avaliable appointed was in March. That seems rediculous to me. The recent Jan visit was a result of being added to the wait list.

I tried to schedule my next teeth cleaning three months out. And there was nothing available til August. My hygienist said she would put a request in with the scheduler but I should check back sometime when I have free time and can come in if there’s a cancellation during the April/May timeframe. It appears that it’s difficult to get appointments with your office as I had to wait a few months to get the appointment I just had. I was able to get Aug and November appointments
