The visit was fine. I have concerns about the filing of the insurance and believe Dr. Cross and my insurance company need to review how the insurance is being filed. As far as a member of the team contacting us, it appears that this matter needs to be addressed by Dr. Cross since he owns the business.

I am frustrated, as I first reached out to schedule with your practice in summer 2025. My exam was not able to be scheduled until March 2026. And I was just informed yesterday at my exam that my cleaning will not be until November 2026. That's a long time to have to wait for a dental cleaning - almost a year and a half from when I first reached out. I wish I had known this information last summer so that I could check wait times with other practices.

Everything was fantastic. I could not be more excited about how well you treat your patient’s. In the past, I’ve been to different dental clinics and experience has not been great. You guys set the bar high. And I really appreciate it.

Last visit the monitor next to my chair said that I have Hepatitis. Which is not true or accurate. I told the hygienist that wasn't accurate. I would like to know why it was on the screen where anyone one could read it, who was walking by. It was in bold red text. Also I would like to know who entered that information, where they found it.Thanks,Rick Nelson.
