My sister has dementia and I took her to this practice where I have been a patient for over 15 years, for an assessment. The staff were so caring and patient, and spent time figuring what would work for examing my sister.

Had to wait for over a month for my first one then another month for the next one

Trying to make my next appointment 6 months out and I can’t get in until 8 months. Super frustrating to not be able to schedule out at the 6 month timeline since that’s what my insurance pays.

You are booked until November for cleaning. I am not opposed to waiting that long since I need a deep cleaning that will take two visits.

There needs to be improvement on getting patients in for routine cleanings closer to every 6 months than currently is, even if that means putting a hold on accepting new/unrelated patients. When scheduling the next cleaning for my son at his appointment last week, the soonest appointment was 8 months and 3 weeks after his appointment on April 16 (we were not picky about dates/times and didn't need multiple family appointments together). ADA recommendation is at least 2x/year!

Very friendly and attentive

I have been there several times. Dr cross has been sooo kind and made me a partial .I had 3 made prior to that at a dentist office in Christiansburg.Brooke Melanie has helped. Me alot.This past monday l had a very pleasant young lady that cleaned my teeth. All of them get a. 5 star.

The hygienist was thorough and gentle.

Jillian is the best dental hygienist I have ever dealt with!!!! Please never let her go, its because of her and Dr Cross that I come there!!!! 100% best in the world

Madison did a great job cleaning my teeth I would request her to clean my teeth again, she was very thorough and friendly 😁
