Everything was Great

The only thing negative that happened is that two days after I got my crown it came off while I was eating and I swallowed it.

I love getting my teeth cleaned by jeri. She's the best ,she explains what areas that need attention and she's passionate about her work.

Everyone there is very nice and friendly also helpful. I don’t have any complaints or concerns about this office. I have been coming to this dentist office for a very long time and will continue to. Do so!

I really needed Dr. Wood to fix my broken tooth. She felt that I needed to go to an oral surgeon which I agree for the extraction of the one of my broken teeth but I had another one that needed to be rebuilt. I also had a chipped tooth to be fix. She felt like I would not do good with partials so recommended me to see the oral surgeon for implants. But she did not offer to fix the chipped tooth or rebuild the tooth that lost a feeling till after I had the implant.

3 visit attempts to get crown placed however patient blood pressure to high to proceed. However, upon going home retook pressure 2 different times and pressure was good. 134/72 and then131/75 respectively. I cannot explain high blood pressure other than stress or anticipation. My readings at home the last couple of days have been relatively normal. Not sure how to proceed. In the meantime taking natural elements to lower pressure. Maybe nearer to me would be the answer. As female dentist ( not seen her before) she made mention to nurse that we should do more X-rays. Nurse said insurance only covers every 5 yrs. Dentist said we should do anyway and have pay out of pocket? That is not her choice and should discuss instead of saying just do.

When your email arrived I was in the middle of trying to figure out where in blazes Vinton came up with me owing $92.67 for a Dec 16th appt that I don't see in downloads from my insurances. And I haven't even gotten around to trying to figure out the "current account balance" I exceeded the word allowance. I would like to sit down with someone to go over what I am being charged. My attempts to do this with the Vinton staff have been exasperating to say the least.
