As female dentist ( not seen her before) she made mention to nurse that we should do more X-rays. Nurse said insurance only covers every 5 yrs. Dentist said we should do anyway and have pay out of pocket? That is not her choice and should discuss instead of saying just do.

When your email arrived I was in the middle of trying to figure out where in blazes Vinton came up with me owing $92.67 for a Dec 16th appt that I don't see in downloads from my insurances. And I haven't even gotten around to trying to figure out the "current account balance" I exceeded the word allowance. I would like to sit down with someone to go over what I am being charged. My attempts to do this with the Vinton staff have been exasperating to say the least.
