Most all my neighbors are friendly and the grounds are kept up very nicely.

Jordy came to my rescue Monday, September 9 Labor Day. Jordy was double checking if the work order was accurately done the night before, sorry to say Jordy was misled. He immediately took action repositioning the light fixture which has not flickered since. This also tells me that the previous excuses used time and time again by Mike “ pointing the finger at time change which occurs every six months” are proven invalid.My question to you guys is when are you going to figure out that rewarding on unethical misleading behavior is a terrible idea? While burning-out people who are have various arrays of expertise in their maintenance fields is a detriment not only for Sack properties and Crossbrook but to of us as well.

I have no reference as which of the two service request I am supposed to fill out this survey request for. I have decided to average both service requests. After a lot of investigating the kitchen faucet was reassembled by me. I was reassured by your in-house staff member that it was correctly assembled. In reference to the T valve tub replaced mechanism outsourced staff was excellent, knowledgeable, thorough and was nice enough to put booties on top of your shoes to avoid bringing debris into the apartment. that is more than I can say for your in-house staff. I was hoping I’d get a chance to ask the plumber directly on proper cleaning maintenance procedures for the mechanism he just replaced. Needless to say, I could not get a word edge wise, The reason for that is your in-house staff never stopped talking. I did ask your texting platform if in-house staffer was here for learning purposes and I was told he was not.

The workers were very professional and courteous. All work was updated daily to us and when finished, work was awesome.
