I am rating only an exclusively the service request process. First of all this should not be a service request at all. The reason for this is a few years back an email notification by Crossbrook for pest control cost increase was issued with caveat that this increase justified cobweb removal on regular monthly rotation. That has not occurred.Proper feedback is not shared with personnel performing the tasks. I even took the time to photograph the second window ledge which is not accessible where the cobwebs had to be removed and send it to your texting line. That has not has nothing to do with the patio balcony sub menu in your Service request portal. It does prove my point that the staff you’re asking to do the work has no clear nor truthful information. As to the outsourced staff that did the work has gone above and beyond and is remarkable and extremely professional. I will wish that his professionalism, sunny disposition and remarkable work ethic rubs off on everyone else.Final point please do not send me an email saying that you’re shocked with this Service rating that you would like to speak with me and see how to resolve an issue on your timetable and how it may be suitable and accommodate you. I am still baffled as to how Sack’s property can look the other way when it comes to such shady behavior.

We were welcomed throughout our visit and were pleased with the information we received. We were able to see two apartments which gave me an idea of space and arrangement. I have appreciated the follow up since our visit.

After living here for 7 years, I’m really disappointed with how things have changed. Parking spaces are no longer free, and residents are being charged for more and more things. I also asked for carpet cleaning after 7 years of living here, but management refused. It feels like there is no longer support or appreciation for long-term residents.

Dishwasher was recently replaced. If from the start dishwasher had been properly mounted the screw would have not fallen off, and landed inside the washer. Thank goodness that I am not a careless person and was aware the screw fell and avoided possible future damage to a recently placed dishwasher. Please let me know if it is common practice for tenant to bare some responsible to oversee Crossbrook staff work? I was supposed to create them that we do at school or are we dealing with responsible adults?

Finally, after three years of battling leasing office staff that the apartment was delivered substandard to a new tenant. Thank you Jory. I got the bathroom painted correctly, no more scuffs and different color shades on the walls or baseboards. Bathroom looks unified. Thank you very much Jory I do. wish and hope you remain a part of Crossbrook/ Sacks properties staff for a long time, get many promotions based on performance not seniority. You are a very good asset.
