You guys are very different to get a hold of and everyone gives me a different answer when i call making it hard to come up with a solution

While, doing bathroom fan thorough cleaning, I was not surprised to hear Mike words of. It’s “clean enough”and immediately pointing finger's, which at this point ino longer surpasses me, because he has been saying the same excuse for as long as I’ve been a Crossbrook resident.not only does he give himself questionable reputation but by association, It extends to other Crossbrook and outsource staff.

I love how maintenance staff are always so welcoming and friendly. They come down the job, explain the process and they fix it., fast.Thank you!

Maintenance always helpful and quick

it took longer than I anticipated - so I think there could have been better expectation setting up front on that. However, Liccet is exceedingly nice and helpful so the whole thing was a fine experience. I do appreciate the thoroughness and professionalism as well. I am looking forward to unpacking and getting settled :)
