I got the bathroom painted correctly, no more scuffs and different color shades on the walls or baseboards. Bathroom looks unified. Thank you very much Jory I do. wish and hope you remain a part of Crossbrook/ Sacks properties staff for a long time, get many promotions based on performance not seniority. You are a very good asset.

We never have issues

Is mainly because we are getting charged for hauling (the charge is ridiculous) which is something we don’t use at all! Also we are paying for 3 vehicles while others don’t and sometimes we don’t have that extra parking.

We loved everything and the staff were helpful.

It was done in timely and efficient way. Thank you.

Maintenance was there the same day and had it done in no time.

You guys are very different to get a hold of and everyone gives me a different answer when i call making it hard to come up with a solution

While, doing bathroom fan thorough cleaning, I was not surprised to hear Mike words of. It’s “clean enough”and immediately pointing finger's, which at this point ino longer surpasses me, because he has been saying the same excuse for as long as I’ve been a Crossbrook resident.not only does he give himself questionable reputation but by association, It extends to other Crossbrook and outsource staff.
