The maintenance guys are fantastic, just like everything else around here! They are accommodating and respectful

The maintenance crew are always very friendly and on time. The best of all, they get the work done fast.

I am thankful for Jory’s from maintenance team due diligence, Check-in and reviewing appliances wear, tear and home life expectancies. I am also thankful that I did not need to replace any of the stove/oven combo like I had to replace a refrigerator due to staff ignoring me making service requests orders, disappear. my grocery, light bills were extremely high, not to mention, perishable and food waste.I do hope that Jory‘s due diligence, attention to detail, positive attitude, and sunny disposition to always do the right thing by and for the tenants rubs off to other staff members.

It has a great community, and the staff is always nice. No issues with the apartment after 3 years.
