Very friendly service throughout whole process

I was happily and pleasantly surprised with the quality of due diligence and work and attention to detail from the newest Maintenance Crossbrook staff member. He is very good at what he does, well organize, keep his area clean, has a very good eye for detail and due diligence. Rory goes above and beyond with the maintenance requests making sure his worth is wallet and one requires he looks for any leaks or damages that need to be repaired and in the matter. Wishful thinking on my end that any and all existing staff members as well as new ones rise to the level of proficiency, dedication. The Rory has for his craft.

Very responsive, took care of my issues quickly

The continuous noise level from some other apartments with loud music and sound system is unbearable. It’s hard to have a peaceful moment and the loud noise from the neighbors sound system is disturbing and daily encounters. Despite many complaints the management is unable to solve the problem. It’s uncomfortable to live in apartment with such noise level. Therefor I am not renewing my lease.

Once we called in to check on the service request they got right on it. The fact that I had to call after four days of not even having anyone come or call was disappointing.

I was happiness, surprised, that the Service was actually done process and completed physically before it was manually completed in your system.

Changed out my thermostat. You can see where the old one was due to the new one being smaller (different paint color) but so so happy with the new thermostat!! Thank you!

Well parking is getting better also they fix things right away

Management was extremely kind and made it a point to ensure we understood everything we needed to know about the community and move in process in general. Lisset was incredibly kind and professional and pleasantly surprised with move in gifts for us and our son on move in day :)

The service technician was very professional and speedy in the repair.
