It's very helpful to have the option of locking bikes on the ring on the wall in the assigned parking space.

Please please please keep assigned parking. If Peak opens it up to parking anywhere in the garage, how will Peak know if someone is parking 1, 2, 3 or more cars in the garage and then other residents will not be able to park down there because no spots will be available. Underground covering is covered in our monthly rent fees, so it is good to keep it as-is to ensure every apartment is receiving assigned parking in the garage.

Allow tenants to pay for a second assigned underground parking spot for 2+ bedroom units.

It would be good to assess how many spots are assigned to apartments that aren't currently occupied, or are occupied by people who don't drive and be able to offer them to residents who don't currently have a garage space, even on a month by month.Unassigned spaces is a terrible idea.

I would like to see charging stations for electric cars installed in the parking lot.

Current assigned parking makes sense and should be kept. Garage parking shouldn’t ever be unassigned and it would be extremely annoying if it were.

My garage parking spot is one of things I find most appealing about living here.

I like assigned spots. It would be frustrating to drive all around looking for one.

Do not get rid of assigned parking. I don’t want to have to look around for a spot every time I park.

It’s nice to know WHERE I am parking no matter what time I get home
