Removal of dedicated parking would remove the ability to securely store bicycles.

Would like the option to purchase a second spot if possible.

I believe assigned parking is important to maintain order and ensure residents can find parking easily. Without it, there could be a lot of random vehicles (guests or people with multiple vehicles) occupying spaces, making parking difficult for residents to find parking. Additionally, some residents are currently using their parking spots for storage, which could add to the disorganization or people trying to “reserve” spots with their stuff.

We really want to park our second car in the garage, at least during the winter months. And we are ready to pay for this second place.

Assigned parking works better because of bikes. The option to have another space would be nice.

I enjoy the assigned parking. I like that my spot is on the side of the building my apartment is on.
