Willie Alford is a great rep for Crown and I enjoy working with him. I continue to have a problem with my brakes that make a noise when I brake. Visit before this one, Crown repaired them and said they were glazed. On this visit I reported the same issue. I was told there is no need to worry it was probably moisture. Regardless, I should not have my brakes making a whoooing type noise. Just would like to get to the issue of why this continues to happen.

All went well and efficient. Just a long wait
